How to Submit Your Signed Liability Waiver

Option 1: Download and Print

Print and fill the form beforehand. Then bring it in when you pick up your pass. Remember that every single person needs their own waiver, even children.

Option 2: Pick up a printed waiver at Loch Lomond 

You can get a copy here to fill out when you pick up your pass.

 

Note about Pass Pick-up

Please bring these items when picking up your pass:

• A photo ID, so we can verify your identity
• A printout of your purchase confirmation email
