Accessibility and Inclusivity

At Loch Lomond Ski Area, we are continually making our facilities and programs accessible to diverse abilities. We are creating an inclusive environment where guests with diverse needs can enjoy the slopes.

Loch Lomond Ski Area is committed to offering skiing and snowboarding experiences that honor and uphold the dignity and independence of all our customers.

Member of Canadian Adaptive Snowsports

We are a proud member of Canadian Adaptive Snowsports (CADS), an organization dedicated to promoting accessibility and inclusivity in skiing and snowboarding. CADS provides training and certification programs for instructors, ensuring they are well-equipped to teach adaptive snowsports techniques.

Service Animals and Support Persons

We welcome customers who are accompanied by service animals or support persons in all publicly accessible areas of our facilities. Service animals are allowed throughout our premises that are open to the public including food service areas. However, they are not permitted in areas where food is stored or prepared. If you need any assistance or accommodations during your visit, please speak to the manager on duty.

Accessible Formats

If you need information or documents in a format that is more accessible to you, such as large print, braille, audio, or other types of support, we will provide these upon request. This commitment ensures that all guests have equal access to information and services, making your visit as inclusive as possible.
