Weekday Warrior Pass

Experience pristine slopes during the week! Perfect for those who want to enjoy skiing without the weekend crowds.
Valid: Every Monday to Friday*, 10am – 5pm

Fun after Five Pass

Experience the enchantment of night skiing under the stars.
Valid: All night skiing dates*, 5pm – 9pm

Friday Pass

Kickstart your weekend with the ultimate Friday escape! Enjoy a full day of skiing from morning till closing.
Valid: Every Friday, 10am – closing

FAQ

Refunds are only available to individuals who are able to provide evidence from a professional entity (limited to medical, employer, or school), stating that the individual the product was purchased for is unable to use their product.

All refunds are subject to the refund schedule below, based on first contact from the individual in initiating the refund procedure. Contacting Ski Co Development Inc. per the dates listed below, through email (officeadmin@lochlomond.ca) is the most effective way to initiate the process. The date that the first email is received would indicate where in the refund schedule the refund would be eligible.

All refunds are subject to a $30 Administrative Fee

Refund Schedule

  • Notice received before December 1st is eligible for a 90% refund, less Administrative Fee
  • Notice received before January 1st is eligible for a 50% refund, less Administrative Fee
  • Notice received before February 1st is eligible for a 15% refund, less Administrative Fee
  • As of February 1st, passes are non-refundable, regardless of supporting documentation.

Note that passes are non-transferable.

Passes can be picked up on Nov 26, Dec 2, and Dec 3, 10am-2pm before opening day, and anytime during regular hours starting Dec 8.

Pass holders, or their legal guardians, must sign the liability waiver before passes can be released.

If a pass is lost, a reprint is subject to a $25 fee.

No, unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for a shorter season. Here’s why:

  • Pre-Season Investments: Your pass helps us make essential pre-season preparations, from maintenance to staff training, to provide the best possible experience.
  • Weather Dependency: The ski season is subject to the whims of Mother Nature, and we don’t have control over weather conditions.
  • Cost Savings: Even with potential adjustments in the season, the value packed into a pass remains a cost-effective way to enjoy the resort.
