All purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another person, even with a fee.
Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased pass is used.
Passes can be picked up when the season starts.
Pass holders, or their legal guardians, must sign the liability waiver before passes can be released.
A new pass RFID card is subject to a $10 fee.
No, passes are non-transferable.
No, unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for a shorter season. Here’s why:

- Weather Dependency: The ski season is subject to the whims of Mother Nature, and we don’t have control over weather conditions.
- Cost Savings: Even with potential adjustments in the season, the value packed into a pass remains a cost-effective way to enjoy the resort.
