IMPORTANT: Read Before Your First Arrival!

We’ve upgraded our ticket/pass system to RFID cards. This applies to lift tickets, tubing tickets, season passes, special passes, and all passes.

👉 Please follow these steps BEFORE you arrive for faster processing on your FIRST visit:

1️⃣ Buy your tickets/pass online

2️⃣ During your first purchase, you’ll create a Loch Lomond SnowCloud account and profiles for any children you’re buying tickets for. Please sign the required waivers and upload photos. Be sure this is completed before your children arrive at the hill.

3️⃣ Be ready to present your purchase email receipt.
You’ll need it to collect your RFID card on your first visit.

ℹ️ Once you have your card, keep it for the whole season. Reload tickets online and they’re automatically added to your card — no need to repeat these steps.

💡Store your card in a badge holder from home or purchase one at the hill!

We’re officially cash-free this season. We only accept credit and debit cards, and Loch Lomond gift cards. This applies to everything including food, tickets, and merchandise.

Parents: Your kids can pay for food & merch by tapping their pass when you load their digital wallet with a gift card!
