  • Flexible Scheduling: Many timeslots are available most days and throughout the day.
  • Kid-Friendly: Private lessons are ideal for kids under 7 who want to snowboard and for those under 4 who are learning to ski. Group lessons aren’t available for these age groups.

Semi-Private Group Lesson

Semi-private group lessons are a fun way to learn skiing or snowboarding together. Great for friend groups, school clubs, youth groups, or workplace teams! Your group will get your own instructor and a lesson tailored to your group’s skill level.

How to Book Semi-Private Lessons

Groups of 3 or more:

  • Must be arranged in person at the hill prior to the lesson date. Please visit Guest Services.

Semi-private lesson for only 2 people:

Note: Both people must be the same skill level and type (ski OR snowboard).

  • IN ADVANCE
    1. Book a private lesson time slot for one participant
    2. Create a Loch Lomond account for the other participant.
  • DAY OF LESSON
    1. Visit Guest Services at least 30 minutes early to register the second participant.
    2. Get fitted for equipment rentals.
    3. Lesson starts promptly at your selected lesson time slot!

FAQ

What is the cancellation policy for private lessons?

All lesson purchases are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Can I request a specific instructor?

While we can’t guarantee specific instructors, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Is equipment rental included in programs?

Private and semi-private lessons do NOT include equipment. You may purchase rentals at 50% off at the time of booking.

We start our lessons on-time, so please arrive 30 minutes early to pick up your equipment. Please arrive to the lesson meeting point by the start time, ready with equipment on already.

Are lift tickets included with the lessons I purchase?

Private and semi-private lessons do NOT include lift tickets

You can purchase lift tickets at half price at the time of booking.

We recommend a season pass to keep practicing outside of lessons and enjoy the season to the fullest!

What happens if the weather is bad?

Lessons will proceed unless the ski area is shut down due to extreme cold.
