The family membership is only for immediate family members (parents + children). No grandparents, uncles, cousins, etc.
Plan on enrolling your kids into our snow school programs? They don’t include lift tickets, so consider the membership a smart purchase for the entire season!

FAQ
All purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another person, even with a fee.
Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased pass is used.
Passes can be picked up starting on our opening day.
Pass holders, or their legal guardians, must sign the liability waiver before passes can be released.
A replacement pass RFID card is subject to a $10 fee.
No, passes are non-transferable.
No, unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for a shorter season. Here’s why:
- Pre-Season Investments: Your season pass helps us make essential pre-season preparations, from maintenance to staff training, to provide the best possible experience.
- Weather Dependency: The ski season is subject to the whims of Mother Nature, and we don’t have control over weather conditions.
- Cost Savings: Even with potential adjustments in the season, the value packed into a season pass remains a cost-effective way to enjoy the resort.
The service fee is charged by Snowcloud, the technology platform we use to power our online purchases and on-site sales. It supports the systems behind your purchase, including secure payment processing, lift tickets, season passes and other services at the hill.
Your membership age category is based on your age on the date of purchase.
