First Time Lessons
“1 in 1000 Club” Program
Our goal is to teach 1000 new people to ski/snowboard this winter! Immerse yourself in a 2-day intensive where you’ll receive professional instruction and guidance on the slopes, fast tracking your confidence and skills.
What you get:
- 8 hours of lessons over two days (4 hours per day)
- Ski/Snowboard rentals on lesson days
- Lift ticket on lesson days
- Upon program completion, receive a special gift from Loch Lomond: 3 days of Rentals and Day Passes to keep your momentum going!

Never Ever Days – Ski
Get a basic introduction to skiing with Never Ever Days! In this 2 hour lesson, you’ll get acquainted with the equipment and learn the basics. Discover skiing with other first-timers in a supportive environment.
What you get:
- A 2-hour lesson from a certified instructor
- Ski rental on lesson day
- Lift ticket on lesson day
Cost: $35
Note that you can only register once for Never Ever Day and 1 in 1000 each – no repeats from previous seasons.
Group Lessons
2 Day Beginner Ski Intensive
Want to ski with more confidence? Our 2 Day Beginner Intensive refines your beginner skills and possibly higher up the hill! Ideal for those who’ve had a taste of skiing and can manage the chair lift solo. Perfect follow-up for grads of our 1 in 1000 program. This course is for skiing only.
What You Get:
- 8 hours of instruction over two days (4 hours per day)
- 50% discount* on Rentals and Day Passes on lesson days
- Upon program completion, score 3 more Rentals and Day Passes at half price to keep your momentum going!
2 Day Intermediate/Advanced Ski Intensive
Elevate your skills to the next level! Our 2 Day Intermediate/Advanced Intensive is designed for those eager to explore more challenging terrains and diverse conditions. Lessons will be tailored to fit your skills and preferences of the group. This course is for skiing only.
What’s Included:
- 8 hours of specialized instruction over two days (4 hours per day)
- 50% discount* on Rentals and Day Passes on lesson days
LADIES ONLY 5-WEEK SKI PROGRAM
Elevate your skiing with our Ladies Only 5-Week Program! This program is designed for women (and female identifying individuals), ages 18 and above. This program is for skiing only.
- 10 hours of instruction
- Held on Saturdays from 3-5pm
- 5 lessons over 5 weeks
- 50% discount* on Rentals and Day Passes on program days
You should already know how to ride the lift and ski the green runs, as this program aims to take your skiing skills to the next level!
Cost: $130
*Receive the 50% discount at the time of booking.

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, our trained instructors offer personalized lessons tailored to your skill level and what you want to learn!

If you need equipment rental, you can add rentals at 50% off with your lesson booking.
We start our lessons promptly, so please arrive 30-45 minutes early to pick up your equipment, ensuring that you arrive to the lesson on time and already geared up.

You’ll need to have the passes in advance and arrive at the lesson with them already.
You can add lift passes at 50% off with your lesson booking, or get a season pass to keep practicing and enjoy the ski season to the fullest!
- 48-Hour Policy: Cancel more than 48 hours in advance before the first lesson to reschedule for free, or $10 admin fee to cancel for a refund.
- Last-Minute: Less than 48 hours before the first lesson? You can still reschedule, or get a refund minus a $20 admin fee.
- No Show/No Notice: No refunds or rescheduling
Note: Any rescheduled lessons not taken by the end of the season will be forfeited.
