Our Senior Management Team:

Jason Gerry – General Manager, With more than 15 years of experience in the ski industry, Jason has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of Loch Lomond Ski Area.

Jason’s passion for skiing and his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service have been key drivers of his success. He is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for every guest, whether they are beginners or seasoned skiers. His focus on safety, quality, and innovation has helped Loch Lomond Ski Area become one of the top winter destinations in Northwestern Ontario, attracting visitors from across Canada and around the world.

As General Manager of Loch Lomond Ski Area, Jason is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the resort and ensuring that it continues to deliver on its mission of providing exceptional winter experiences for all guests. He is also actively involved in the local community and supports a number of charitable organizations, including those focused on promoting outdoor recreation and youth activity.

Jason is a CSIA ski instructor, ACA ski coach, NCCP football coach and is an active member of the Ontario Snow Resorts Association. In his free time, Jason enjoys skiing, mountain biking, coaching youth sport and spending time with his family.

Michael Winters – Operations Manager, With a decade of experience in the ski industry, Michael has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Loch Lomond Ski Area.

Michael’s passion for the outdoors and his expertise in operations have been key drivers of his success. He is dedicated to ensuring that Loch Lomond Ski Area is operating at peak efficiency, with the highest level of safety and quality. His focus on innovation and efficiency has helped Loch Lomond Ski Area become technologically advanced and environmentally sustainable.

As Operations Manager of Loch Lomond Ski Area, Michael is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s operations, including maintenance, snowmaking, grooming, and mountain safety. He works closely with the resort’s team of experts to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience on the slopes. In his free time, Michael enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
